We employ carriers such as UPS, U.S. Postal Service and FedEx. You will receive an email notification alerting you that your order is shipped, at that time you should expect the arrival of your shipment withing 3 to 7 business days. Shipping charges may differ one from another taking into account the following:

Most orders average 2 to 15 business days for delivery. Bigcatsworld.com normally process orders within 24-48 hrs after you place your order to expedite your delivery time. However, holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. We will promptly notify you in the event the item(s) you order are out of stock or no longer available.
If you have been waiting for over (6 weeks) for your package(s), please contact Bigcatsworld.com by going to our Contact Us page and sending us an email. You may also call our Friendly Customer Service Staff Toll Free at 1-866-478-7088. We will do everything possible to assist you. We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Oklahoma only. Taxes will not be charged for orders shipped outside the State of Oklahoma.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Bigcatsworld.com ships to most international destinations via insured international priority FedEx or UPS. The price varies depending on the country destination, size and weight of the package(s). Please email us with your request. If we are unable to ship to your destination with full insurance, we will contact you immediately prior to shipment.
We will email you with an estimate of the shipping charges provided you furnish us with the exact shipping address to your destination.
RETURNS POLICY
You have our obsolute pledge to your satisfaction guarantee when ordering our products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within (10) days of receiving your package, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping & handling costs and a 15% restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for return shipping cost.
Please follow these steps:
STEP 1) Go to our Contact Us page and email us of your intent to return the shipment. We will reply with a return authorization number(RAN). You must advice us of your intent to return/exchange item(s) within (10) days of receiving shipment.
STEP 2) Return shipment within (7) days from the date of your RAN. Ensure shipment is properly packaged and contains original product(s), accessories, parts, warranties, security seals and/or manuals including receipt.
Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Please allow us at least (7) days from time we receive your shipment to process and issue your refund.
To make an exchange simply complete steps 1&2 above then order the item(s) you want to replace it with.

If you have not received a reply to your email requesting a RAN within 24hrs. You must contact Customer Service Toll Free at 1-866-478-7088.
If you discard the original packaging materials and/or item(s) pryor to refund or return request you may not be entitled to a replacement or refund.
