We offer international shipping. Please email us for ALL international orders so that we can assist you with all
procedures concerning shipping internationally as well as shipping costs
RETURNS RETURNS POLICY
You have our obsolute pledge to your satisfaction guarantee when ordering our products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within (10) days of receiving
your package, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping & handling costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Customer is also responsible for return shipping cost.
- Please follow these steps:
Go to our Contact Us page and email us of your intent to return the shipment.
We will reply with a return authorization number(RAN).
You must advice us of your intent to return/exchange item(s) within (10) days of receiving shipment.
Return shipment within (7) days from the date of your RAN. Ensure shipment is properly packaged
and contains original product(s), accessories, parts, warranties, security seals and/or manuals including receipt.
All returns must include the original purchase receipt.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges.
- Please allow us at least (7) days from time we receive your shipment to process and issue your refund.
- To make an exchange simply complete steps 1-3 above then order the item(s) you want to replace it with.
Special Order Items Returns/Exchange & Refunds Policy
· ALL SALES ARE FINAL because special order items, such as 3D Comforter Sets, are custom produced
and made on demand to fill your order based on the standard selection and bedding size you choose for that special
order item to be created. However, we will issue In-Store credit, good for use to exchange for another item.
· RETURNS ALLOWED: Manufacturing defects or if we mistakenly ship the wrong selection and/or size.
If you feel you have a manufacturing defect, please take a few pictures of the item and email them to us.
We will verity the defects and get you a correct item.
· EXCHANGES ALLOWED: If you want to exchange a special order item for a different selection and/or different size,
there will be a 20% restocking fee, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, you will also be responsible
for the difference in price in the size of the item to be custom made and also for the shipping cost of the corrected special order item back to you.

If you discard the original purchase receipt, packaging materials
and/or item(s) pryor to refund or return request you
may not be entitled to a replacement or refund.
